    The Pickled Mermaid does not warranty the following 
    products: tumblers, glassware, water bottles. These products are not manufactured by The Pickled Mermaid. We do our best to choose high quality products to use for our engraving. We inspect each item before it is delivered. If you have a problem with your order or the quality of your item, please email The Pickled Mermaid.

    Cancellations
    Cancellations will be accepted if made within 1 hour of ordering.

    Refunds/Returns/Exchanges:
    The Pickled Mermaid does not accept returns or exchanges.
    All sales are final. 
    No refunds will be issued.

    Replacements:
    The Pickled Mermaid will replace products that were damaged/broken during shipping if the following criteria is met;
    1. Email The Pickled Mermaid within 3 days of the delivery date noted on UPSP tracking.
    2. Include a picture of damaged item in email.
    The Pickled Mermaid reserves the right to deny replacement item if this criteria is not met.
